This lamp base dates from 1950 and was manufactured by the prestigious brand Seguso Muano. It is 40 cm high and has a maximum diameter of 15 cm. With a weight of 5 kg, it is robust and stable. The lamp base is made of hand-drawn, blown glass and is made using the 'a bolle' technique.
Despite a small hairline crack on the base, the stability of the lamp is not affected and the crack is barely visible. For safety reasons, the lamp has been re-electrified and has a standard E27 socket. The matching lampshade is also included and can be individually selected, as all standard lampshades fit on the lamp base.
